Note: PolyLite PLA-CF is more abrasive to nozzles and driving gears compared to regular PLA. Using hardened steel nozzles is recommended. Additionally, PLA-CF is more brittle than standard PLA.

• High Strength & Rigidity: This 1.75mm carbon PLA filament offers exceptional strength and rigidity with excellent toughness. It also delivers a smooth, satin, and matte finish for a refined appearance.
• Tangle-Free & Moisture-Free: The filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling, dried, and vacuum-sealed in a resealable zip-lock bag with desiccant. Avoid letting go of the filament tip to prevent node formation. Use the holes on the spool to minimize tangling issues.
• Good Layer Adhesion & Rigidity: Enjoy worry-free printing with no warping, jamming, blobs, or layer delamination. PolyLite PLA-CF provides excellent bed adhesion, consistent color, and precise dimension accuracy.
• Recommended Printing Settings:
• Nozzle Temperature: 220°C
• Bed Temperature: 50°C
• Speed: 50mm/s
• Tip: Turn off the fan for the first layer to enhance bed adhesion.

• Cardboard Spool: Comes in upgraded 3.0 packaging with a fully recycled cardboard spool and box.
• Important Note: Install an abrasion-resistant nozzle, such as a stainless-steel nozzle, before using PolyLite PLA-CF. This filament is sensitive to moisture; ensure it is not used in high-moisture environments and store it in the resealable bag after use.
